HP Chromebook - 14a-na0023cl

My Chromebook isn’t even two months old. When I turn it on the screen has to be in just the right spot or it won’t turn on. If I get it on and tilt the screen back, it completely shuts off

  3. Select Restart.
  4. In the box that appears, select Powerwash and then Continue.
