My HP Envy x360 Laptop's camera is not working. Shows a black screen when I open Camera app. I have tried updating driver, restarting numerous times, Checking Camera privacy options

First, you should check that the camera lens cover is completely off. If it is and your webcam is still not working, you can try restoring the webcam in Device Manager. This video shows you how:
