HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15-ee0002na

I have an HP Envy 15.6-inch laptop. Today I noticed that the left-side hinge is loose/broken and the front and back are separating from each other on the left side.  The system still operates and there doesn't appear to be any damage to the display itself but the bottom looked like is getting opened. Is there a fix for this?  my warranty actually ending today which is really weird. What to do please?  and i have another 2 hp x360 in the house. Thank you

hmm, talk to an agent on WhatsApp and trying to tell me the laptop looks dropped from phone. but nothing like that happened. this is crazy. i will never buy hp again. how can you make that assumption?

Just to update everyone, after I've called HP in the UK, they've collected the laptop the next day (Friday), and send it back Tuesday. They fixed the hinge (replaced) and replaced the battery too per the included note.

 

I have to say, I was very impressed of the speedy repairs as I've been through tons and this one beat them all. So kudos to HP care.

Though, the lesson here is if anyone is having issues and still in the warranty and those of the HP WhatsApp support giving you hard times, find the number of your local HP and call them. I think the one i was talking to are not even from the UK.

 

Again all fixed, although i have not used the laptop yet as am travelling and will do so when back.

Again, thanks to the HP care, really see the value in it now.
