Product: Pavilion Notebook i5ab283nr

Hello, My laptop key board is not working. I can start it up and get to the request for my pin but the letter keys are not responding. The Numbers respond just fine. I was wondering if something got changed and I am unaware of it.

Any lights on the keyboard lighting up like if you accidentally hit num lock?

 

You can also test the keyboard in uefi diagnostics...tap esc as you power up then f2 then component tests and keyboard. Use an external usb keyboard to do this if needed.
