My HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen came with the Spectre x360 and the pen worked fine in the beginning but it stopped working out of nowhere. I tried changing the tip and charging it but it still doesn't work when I try to use it. When I click on one of the buttons as I hold it to the screen, I see the cursor but it doesn't do anything if I try to click on something, I can only see the cursor.

Also, is there a customer service number I can call? I couldn't find anything when I tried looking it up myself

@B85

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

  • Have you tried updating the HP Tilt Pen Driver?
  • Have you tried updating the BIOS and chipset driver?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Yes, I have tried both but it's still not working.

Thank you for posting back.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. It seems like hardware related issue with the HP pen.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
