HP Recommended

Hi, 

I have a HP laptop 14S-DQ3008N0 that is not detecting my monitor HP EliteDisplay E231.

The crazy thing is that the monitor is detected by other laptops.

I've installed last drivers' version and I've tried to crosscheck the cable (same cables work with other laptops and not with this one) with other laptops and also I've tried other cables.

So it doesn't seem a cable or drivers issue.

Any idea?
