Hi, I was watching YouTube video and suddenly the the image from the video stuck on the display in background in a bit blurry and transparent way.
I restarted my laptop and opened another video and same issue. Now I can see white lines and part of the display is very white.
My questions:
1- can this be fixed?
2- if I need to replace display how much would the process cost, and can I have the OLED option instead?

I see that you are facing display issues with your HP Spectre 15-Eb0000 X360 Convertible Laptop PC RCTO Base Model wherein you get white lines and part of the display is very white.
I suggest that you check if the issue occurs on the BIOS screen by following the steps below.
1. Turn off the computer, press the power button, and then repeatedly press the Esc key until the Startup Menu opens.
2. Press F10 to enter the BIOS Setup Utility.
3. Check if the screen issue persists.

As the issue persists in the BIOS, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
I have sent you a private message with the required information to talk to HP Support.
In order to access your private messages, click the Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it or simply click on this link
