My Second screen stopped working & Laptop resolution also desabled.

Have you plugged the second screen into another laptop to see if it still works?

 

As to the resolution, disconnect the second screen, right-click on the desktop and select Display Settings. When you scroll down the settings page, what is shown under the Display Resolution  area?
