My Webcam is switched off and I cannot find the Webcam icon or key on my laptop

Hi

My Webcam has switched off, I think this must have happened accidentally.  I can not find an icon or a function key on my keyboard to switch it back on.  There also isn't a button on my laptop to switch the webcam on and off. there's no key with a webcam icon.

The message I have in settings states;

Your camera is reporting that it is blocked or turned off by a switch or button.  However I cannot find a switch or a button anywhere on the device to turn it back on!

I have looked at other messages of support and everything else in settings including privacy are all fine.  I just need to find a way of switching the camera back on but there is no way it appears on my keyboard or laptop to do so.

Can any one help?
