My YouTube is stuck on a forever loading screen

When i open up any YouTube video,it just shows a loading screen that goes on forever,even other websites are sometimes  stuck loading,i dont know if its the memory of the computer so i dont know why or how to fix it,i have been deleting junk files to hopefully try help the loading screen but it seems as if nothing ever changes, someone please help me
