Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My camera in not working

Before updating firmware update it was running okay and suddendly after updating Update Camera is not working on any platform (zoom,skype.Ms team and even manualy camera softeare not opening it ) its show black screen

This will depend on the version of Windows 11 you use on this device. Up to version 22H2, there is a driver. If it is later than this, there is no driver.

But for it to work properly, the video driver must be installed.
