My computer was doing perfectly well until today when I brought it to work in my computer bag like usual and I noticed that when it was closed, the screen wasn't lining up like it should and the left hinge seemed crooked. I have not dropped it or put anything heavy on it. It just happened overnight which I find incredibly peculiar. So far it has not affected the screen or anything but I am afraid that it will and I would overall like to fix this very odd issue.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
