HP OMEN
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I stop cursor from moving constantly all over my desktop and apps opening randomly.  It's like someone else is controlling my computer. Can't get my work done.  Geek just updated and fixed it for me a week ago.  It's doing same again.  This is a business laptop only 1 year old

Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

I see that the HP Omen computer cursor moves and clicks on its own causing issues around the desktop screen, don't worry as I will be able to help you out, although, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution:

  • Does this happen only with the browser such as Internet Explorer, Chrome (if yes, which browser are you using)?
  • Have you made any recent updates to your computer, software or hardware related?
  • What is the exact product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824  (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...)
  • Have you tried with an external mouse?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?

Keep me posted for further assistance.
