@MiguelOnline, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
We are sorry to hear about your display issue. Please follow this document to find the replacement part details - Maintenance and Service Guide
Meanwhile, please try these steps,
Hard Reset the Laptop:
- Turn off the laptop.
- Disconnect all external devices and power.
- Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the power adapter (leave the battery out if removable).
- Turn the laptop back on.
Check with an External Monitor:
- Connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV using HDMI.
- Power on the laptop.
- Press F4 or Windows + P to toggle display modes.
- If the external monitor works, the issue is likely with your laptop screen or its connection.
BIOS Recovery:
- Turn off the laptop.
- Hold down Windows + B, then press and hold the Power button.
- Continue holding Windows + B until the BIOS recovery screen appears.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Reseat RAM Modules:
- If you're comfortable opening the laptop, try removing and reseating the RAM sticks.
- Faulty or loose RAM can cause display issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
