Product: notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My friends PC had a problem where It would not turn on So we did a hard reset. (taking out the battery and hold down the power button etc) When he turned it back on he said that it went to DVD player then strips of multicolored "pixels". Anyone got an answer to fix this? we have not tryed a full reset. im new to these forms so bear with me. If you need more info about his computer tell me. Thank you

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • Do you see any lights on the computer?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
