Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Here in keypad, my function keys are not working, while i tried to reduce brightness level of my system, while pressing f3 hotkey, it shown a pop up as HP hotkey support.

On the HP laptop I have seen, you have to press the Fn key with the F3 key to adjust the brightness.
