so I am using the hp spectre 360 MODEL- 13-aw0224TU  product ID 9WN10PA#UUF 

so while I was using google meet, my windows unexpectedly shutdown and my laptop is not starting but still the power button lights up and the screen doesnt show anything except the “the automatic repair tool” and then it goes out again. i dont know whats wrong and I am not being able to fix it. Can someone help me please 

its only been 4 months since I’ve bought it 😭😭😭

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
