Hi @SwarajP1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like your HP Omen 15 is experiencing some display issues, specifically image persistence and graininess/pixelation. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

  • Update Graphics Drivers: Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause display issues.
  • Adjust Display Settings: Try adjusting the display settings such as resolution and refresh rate to see if it improves the image quality.
  • Check for Loose Connections: Ensure that all cables connecting your laptop to an external monitor or power source are securely plugged in.
  • Test Without External Connections: If you're using an external monitor or other peripherals, disconnect them and see if the issue persists when using only the laptop's built-in display.
  • Run Display Diagnostics: Many laptops, including the HP Omen series, have built-in diagnostic tools for testing hardware components such as the display. Check your laptop's user manual or the HP support website for instructions on running these diagnostics.
  • Adjust Power Settings: Sometimes, display issues can occur when the laptop is plugged in due to power settings. Try adjusting the power settings to see if it makes a difference.
  • Check for Overheating: Overheating can also cause display issues. Ensure that your laptop is properly ventilated and not overheating during use.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and hopefully resolve the display issues with your HP Omen 15.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
