Hi @Wasim0808,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble connecting your HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC's tilt pen to your laptop, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot and reconnect it.

Check Pen Battery: Ensure that the tilt pen's battery is charged. Sometimes, even if the pen is charging, it might not have enough charge to establish a connection.

Bluetooth Pairing:

  • Turn on Bluetooth on your laptop if it's not already on. You can usually do this by clicking on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray or through your laptop's settings.
  • On your pen, there might be a button to initiate Bluetooth pairing. Press and hold it until you see an LED indicator light blinking to indicate that it's in pairing mode.
  • On your laptop, go to the Bluetooth settings, and search for available devices. You should see your pen in the list of available devices. Click on it to pair.

Check Drivers and Updates:

  • Make sure that your laptop has the latest Windows updates and drivers installed. Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause connectivity issues.
  • Go to the HP website and check for any specific driver updates related to your tilt pen or your laptop model. Download and install any relevant updates.

Pen Settings:

  • Access the pen settings on your laptop. You can usually find these settings in the Windows Control Panel or the Windows Settings app.
  • Check if the pen is recognized and configured correctly in the pen settings. You may need to calibrate the pen or make other adjustments.

Reboot:

  • Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Restart both your laptop and the pen and try pairing them again.

Battery Replacement:

  • If the pen's battery is old or has been sitting unused for a long time, it might not hold a charge properly. Consider replacing the pen's battery.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
