When I open camera it is just blank sometimes my cam light opens and closes again and again I cant find a solution and I dont have an switch for my cam resim_2024-12-24_005738720.png

Hello.

 

What's your HP laptop model? There have been many laptop models with many different webcam modules.

 

- Check your laptop support page at HP.com for an updated webcam driver.

- Try updating the Windows Camera to latest version on Microsoft Store.

- Try also other webcam software (Skype, Bandicam, Screenrec etc.) - do they have the same problem?
