My laptop is stuck in the preparing automatic repair loop and everything I have done hasn't work

My hp laptop(Model 14-dk1xxx) has been stuck in the preparing automatic repair loop and everything I have done isn't working. I have tried to factory reset it but it just goes to blur screen, I have tried to use the press the windows and b at same time and that works but it just make it right back to the preparing automatic repair loop. What should I do?
