Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All of a sudden my laptop wont boot, i hear something inside turning but nothing happens. The Wifi LED flashes orange but screem is black. When i plug the AC in the LED light that used to be orange when charging is now white for some reason. Can amyone help me?

  • Was there a power outage or surge before this occurred?

Let's try these steps:

 

Perform all the relevant steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03515402 (HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 😎 that best describes your current issue. Although the OS is listed as Windows 8, the steps are relevant for your computer running Windows 10 also.

 

Now check if it gets fixed. If it continues, then the computer needs to be repaired.

THere was no power outage,  when attempting to boot up, the only light on keyboard that lights up is the  "wifi" LED. I can hear a whirring sound from CD Rom area but can't open the CD door. During all of this the screen is pitch black .
