Microsoft Windows 11

I've been experiencing flickering problems with my HP Pavilion gaming laptop equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5000 series processor. I bought it two years ago. Despite trying various solutions suggested on YouTube, such as rolling back, updating, and uninstalling display adapters, the issue persists. Initially, it seems fine, but after a while, the flickering starts again. I'm hoping someone can offer some assistance with this problem.

Try an external monitor and see if that flickers.  You may have a hardware issue with the laptop screen.

Another idea is to create a Linux bootable LIVE distribution USB key.  You boot from that without installing anything or touching anything with Windows.

If the Linux boots and doesn't flicker, it is a Windows issue and not hardware.  If Linux too flickers, it is a HW problem

I connected an external monitor it is not flickering, but my laptop screen is still flickering. Is this a hardware issue ?

HW issue...

maybe, but first rule out Windows.

You can use your external monitor to get the files you need.

I use Linux Mint (https://linuxmint.com/)

you download a large ISO file (just under 3G) the burn the image to a USB key (or DVD - might need external DVD drive), then boot into Linux.  You then use the LIVE option, ie it will run from the key and not install anything.  If Linux doesn't flicker, it isn't a HW issue but a Windows issue.

The above would be definitive test.  A simpler test...

Boot into the HP BIOS and see if the screen flickers.
