HP Recommended

The shutter is not responding to the camera button to open the shutter. The light on the camera button is properly indicating on and off, but the shutter is not responding. 

The shutter still stays closed even when the laptop is shutdown.

I have tried everything I saw online like disconnecting battery and draining the laptop by holding the power button for 15secs, going to privacy settings and enabling the camera access to apps, updating the bios of the laptop from official hp website.
