Hello
I have the same problem as Nassef in My laptop stopped detecting my second monitor and nothing is working in my case. Can anyone help me to get back my second screen?. The second screen in Dell 1905FP (spec here ) is connected to the laptop using an AUKEY USB C Hub Adapter with 4K HDMI, 4 USB 3.0 Ports 60W Type C Power (picture ) and an HDMI to DVI cable. I tried to update all Softwares but still is not working. When I click the second screen, the following message appears " 2: Digital Input / In Power Save Mode / Press any key on Keyboard or Mouse". Yesterday was working properly.
Thanks

Hello,
Out of curiosity, does the USB-C port work with any other device? phone, external HDD maybe?
If not, I suggest shutting the laptop down, disconnecting everything (mouse, power supply, everything) and keep the power button pressed for 30 seconds. Nothing will appear on the screen but this will reset the little chip that controls the port.
After that, boot the laptop back up and test the USB-C port again.
Cheers
