HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0670ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

Unfortunatelly I see vibration during the boot process too (not only Windows 11)

I connected an external monitor to laptop. On this second external monitor I can't see any vibration.

Do I have any chance fixing this kind of vibration issue? Or I should go to notebook service?
Thanks a lot for any kind of information

The solution was hard job and lot of time but the good news is there is no screen flickr / no internal monitor vibrating on my HP Envy 15 Laptop.
The whole story:
* I had Windows 11 home and on 1 day my internal monitor was vibrated (on Bios' screen setup too!)
* I tried Guru3D-DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller): it wasn't the solution
* I went 2x times in laptop service
- for the first time was the black magic but it wasn't the solution for long time
- for the second time the conclusion was: I should downgrade Windows 10 because there is driver-problem.
* I installed Windows 10 Prof and I activated it: there was screen flickr
* I installed all last HP-drivers (via HP Support Assistant): there was screen flickr
* I installed full Windows 10 Update: there was screen flickr
* I payed 30 usd and installed Driver Easy' 26 latest driver: there was NO screen filckr. I was happy
* But the solution works in only one case: there is unplugged charger.
* The end of story: internal monitor seems to be working well after long test-period
* The charger (probably I should replace it) and/or my renovated electrical network maybe failed
* The solution of the mentioned above "black magic" was:
- there was screen flickr with plugged charger at me,
- there was NO screen flicker with unplugged charger in laptop service

1st round:

I was in notebook service with my hp envy 15 notebook. The solution was a black magic (imho).

Under my Windows 11 there were two (admin-)accounts:

- 1 ("user") without password and

- 1 ("other") with password.

Before going to service I updated all stuffs: bios(rev.10) & win11 drivers from "other" account (via hp assistant)

In notebook service my notebook was updated bios(rev.10) again but from "user" account

That was the solution: display-vibration stopped, absolutely.

Of course, I don't understand anything, but my notebook works fine. This is a sure fact.
