Troubleshooting black screen issues on HP Notebooks: Click here to view the instructions!

I was given this used pc and did a factory reset. I have checked the specification an it should have a touchscreen. The touchscreen is not currently working. I don't know if it is broken or just a switch or toggle that is not set correctly. Does anyone have an idea on how to determine if my touchscreen is broken or just not setup since the factory reset?

Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook:

Datasheet

You are correct.

Based on the specifications, the notebook has a touchscreen display.

13.5-inch diagonal, 3K2K (3000 x 2000), OLED, multitouch-enabled, UWVA, edge-to-edge glass, micro
edge, BrightView, anti-reflection Corning® Gorilla® Glass NBT.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the W10 or W11 Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver  form your PC's support page and see if that gets the touchscreen to work again.

W10:

Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver

3.1.0.4446

sp110245.exe

W11:

Intel Integrated Sensor Solution Driver

3.1.0.4475

sp135580.exe
