Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My problem with my pc is that after i log in my screen is dark black and flashes on and off. After about 5 mins it then shows my desktop, but only the recycle bin and google. But it wont let me click on the windows icon, and none of my pinned apps show up. I am not able to access the settings, and my screen remains black.

May I know the Operating system using?

 

May I know the model number of the PC?

 

May I know the external monitor is working fine?
