Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My screen is broken when I turn it on, it blinks off continuously I can't use it. I tried tweaking the video card and switching to full HD resolution, not 4K, but it still failed. Hope HP helps me point out the machine's error and show me how to fix it. Thank you HP.
