Dear HP support representative,
The touchpad on my HP Omen 17 has been broken since I have received this laptop. An HP support representative came by my house to fix it last year, but the issues have persisted. Now my waranty is almost expiring, so I want to register the product for repair now that it is still within the warranty period. Since this it is weekend currently, other options to contact customer are unavailable, therefore I writing a message here to formally notify you of the issue and register my laptop defect and request for repair.
