Hi @nieki,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand the trouble you are facing. Here’s how to fix the touchscreen not working issue on your HP Envy x360 15-fh0000 (Windows 11):
Step 1: Confirm Touchscreen is Enabled
- Press Windows + X → Device Manager.
- Expand Human Interface Devices.
- Look for an HID-compliant touch screen.
- If missing → driver issue.
- If present but disabled → right-click → Enable device.
Step 2: Update Drivers
- Download the latest drivers for your model: 👉 HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fh0000 (77W46AV) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Supp...
- Install Intel Serial IO and Touchscreen drivers if available.
- Restart your laptop.
Step 3: Run HP Hardware Diagnostics
- Download HP PC Hardware Diagnostics: 👉 How to Fix HP Computer and Laptop Display and Touch Screen Problems | HP® Support
- Run Component Test > Touchscreen.
- If it fails → hardware issue.
Step 4: Calibrate Touchscreen
- Go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Pen & Touch.
- Select Calibrate under Tablet PC Settings.
Step 5: Windows Troubleshooter
- Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
- Run Hardware and Devices.
If Still Not Working
- Boot into UEFI Diagnostics (press Esc > F2 during startup).
- Run Touchscreen Test.
- If it fails → likely a hardware fault (digitizer or cable).
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
