I apparantly have 2 webcam software programs, one is Cyberlink YouCam 6, and the other probably came with the computer. In the viewer it is zoomed in so all I see is a HUGE mouth when taking a selfie. The actural picture comes out, but I cannot preview, so I can't take good pictures. Please! how can I get this un-zoomed????

Hi @dugansinc,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.
I reviewed your post and I understand that webcam is zoomed in.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Open the camera software and just scroll down and the webcam should zoom out. You can also press Ctrl and Minus (-) key to zoom out.
If the issue persists, follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

I have tried everything, including the ctrl/-. The slider is all the way to the minus end. When I open the cam it shows an extrreme closeup of like one eyeball. If I snap the picture it shows up in the bottom area of recent pictures just fine, but again I cannot even view what a picture will look like. I never tried to use the webcam until recently, so this may have always been a problem, I don't know.

Hi @dugansinc,
I recommend you to uninstall the webcam driver from device manager and restart the computer.
Here is how it is done.
Uninstall:
- Start Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Device Manager.
- Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
- On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
- When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
Install:
Let me know how it goes.
