Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on. . Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do the keys function during this BIOS test?

If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty

If the keyboard passed then

Did you do cloud recovery as described here?

Make sure you used the correct country code when downloading to get the correct keyboard and language

#AKB Czech

Thanks for the reply,
I tried the UEFI test and the Windows key works normally. And I did a cloud restore but by clicking on cloud install from the system restore screen.

Did you enter the correct product ID that matches what is printed on the HP label or was impressed on the chassis of the laptop?

For example ABCD123:AKB is a correctly formed product ID that will get the Czech version of the restore media for device ABCD123.  The product code has to match what was imprinted on your PC for the cloud restore to work correctly.

Did you reset the BIOS back to defaults?  Press F10 to get into the bios and use F9 (or whatever) key sets the default.  Make sure secure boot is enabled.

Does an external USB keyboard work?

If you use the correct product ID to do the cloud restore and the keyboard does not work then you will have the contact support and explain the problem and see if they can provide a better cloud restore or at least advise you.
