Laptop has a native resolution of 1920x1200.
This is a 16:10 aspect ratio.
User can't read text in apps at this high resolution.
Cannot use scaling as some apps they use are not DPI Aware so they don't scale properly (part of the app window will be off screen, sometimes shows as half the app window being completely black).

I want to lower the resolution to another lower 16:10 ratio but there is no option in Windows, only 16:9 and 4:3 resolutions are displayed.
E.g.: I'd like to try these options but they don't appear: 1280×800, 1440×900, 960x600
I want to try to keep the aspect ratio so things don't look stretched or squashed, especially when they already have issues reading.

I updated the Intel Video Driver and Control Panel to the latest version and restarted the PC to no effect.
I tried via the Intel control panel but the only options for resolution are button/links that open Windows Settings.

Does anyone know the cause of this?
