Display Back panel has got broken near the hinge

We can get you that part number but you need to consider the cause of the break. Did it get hit or did this crack just appear? If so it is likely a seizing hinge and it will just crack again if you only replace the plastic piece.
This is the back cover part:
For use with Touchscreen models 763573-001

Laptop is nearly 3 years old. The crack has been caused by wear & tear from daily usage. Never dropped or hit against any.
When I open the laptop, i could see the crack widens like we open the mouth.
Please sugget if i need to order the back cover part (763573-001) or Hinges (763105-001) ror Both?

The crack widens because the hinge is seizing up on that side more than the other. You need both parts; screen back and the hinges.
Where are you located; just the country.

Thats a problem. Not finding it at eBay India and can't find a seller on US, UK or European eBay who will ship to India.
You might check the HP India Parts Store.
