Need new keyboard for hp spectre x360 convertible 15 bl1xx

Spilled tea on my laptops keyboard and now it stopped working. I live in sweden and would like to know how/where i may get myself a new keyboard replacement. I believe the original keyboard had the extra 3 letters, Ä,Å,Ö.
