Product: HP Spectre 15-eb1 x360 Convertible Laptop PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need to get my laptop repaired (screen repair). Went through authorized repair (Geek Squad), but was told that since the lap top is a "custom model from HP" that it has to be at an "HP direct location".  How do I find such a repair shop??

Note that the laptop is an HP with no after factory configurations added.

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center 
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
