HP EliteBook 660 16 inch G11 Notebook PC (902G4AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm very disappointed with the "warranty" support that HP provided. I contacted HP support to ask for the price of a new screen for my laptop. They asked why I didn’t claim the warranty, and I explained that they would likely find another reason to deny it.

I went ahead because of the promised 15-day return policy, as I needed the laptop for school.

They picked up the laptop, and the first problem arose—no box was provided for shipping, so I used my original box. When I got the laptop back, the original box was gone.

The laptop quickly reached the repair center, but after one week, no updates. After two weeks, still no updates, and now the 15-day promise had passed.

I contacted HP myself, and they said support would get back to me by the end of the day. No response. The next day, I contacted support again, and they said I’d receive an email with the invoice shortly. An invoice? They claimed accidental damage (a scratch) on the laptop. I thought, "How is that possible?" I waited for the email and received a proposal for 596 euros for a new screen. I expected evidence of the scratch with the invoice. I immediately requested my laptop back unrepaired, as I needed it for school. Another week passed before they sent it back.

When I received my laptop, I checked the screen immediately and was shocked to find two big scratches on the screen. I even emailed them with pictures showing the scratches weren’t there when I sent it.

Still, no response from support.

I can no longer recommend this product or brand to anyone.

and i even just spoke about this, so many things on this expensive product thats very bad.
