Product: HP X27q QHD Gaming Monitor
I just got the new USB-C HP docking station so i can plug my HP laptop in and work on my bigger monitor.
I have plugged everything in the correct slots. Selected the DISPLAY PORT on the monitor and used the cord provided by the HP monitor to plug into the display port of the docking station.
When the monitor turns on all its says is
Display port: inactive
HDMI: inactive
The next window says:
INPUT SIGNAL NOT FOUND
Display Port
check the video cable and video source
I have also tried using the HDMI source with an HDMI cable i get the same message....PLEASE HELP
