HP OmniBook X Flip 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop Next Gen AI PC 14-fm0000 (AK4Z1AV)

I bought a brand new laptop. But to my dismay the webcam footage is all blurry. I tried troubleshooting with the help of HP virtual assistant and updated latest drivers and software but the camera is still blurry across all app and in-built camera app. Such quality standards for hp that too in a brand new laptop!!!! 😞

Have you run the UEFI diagnostics?  Press F2 when booting and select the component or system test.   Look for the webcam test.  If the video is blurry then return it for repair or exchange.

I looked up your factory cloud restore here and it appears you do not have it

Did you buy this laptop with windows or with freedos?  Please verify that the product ID is correct.
