Brand new HP Envy at $1,500. Showed up with a loose graphics card. Did a video chat and they confirmed. Spent another $150 to get 1-2 day delivery.
To accelerate delivery of a new machine (vs the 2 week return) they asked me to buy a new machine and they'll refund the old one - sounded fine
1) Agent told me to buy the same machine 3 days later would be $150 more - I bought this on sunday and showed up broken on Wednesday
2) She offered a free mouse pad to make up for it
3) I said let's return all of it - $2700 in total
4) she said there is a 15% restocking fee. She said monitor is fine. I said we don't know as graphic card is loose - how can we tell?
Any thoughts on how to get to someone who can actually help?

Hi @Tony4719,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are facing issues with a graphic card on your brand new pc. I'd like to help!
Was the unit purchased directly from HP Website or is it from a local store?
If purchased from HP directly, I recommend you to contact HP SALES
If purchased from a local store, kindly contact them for further assistance.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
