Product: HP AMD Dual core 15-db0599sa Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have purchased 2 new laptops - just for running a label print program and using to project media player videos at exhibitions.

 

The laptops both only display the top half of the screen on the TV (via HDMI) - but stretched top to bottom so that it is elongated and fills the entire TV screen.

 

Please help 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

I updated the AMD graphics drivers and the problem was resolved!

Hello, do you have used HP Support Assistant for update all drivers?? 

Maybe your screen have an hardware problem, so you can contact your seller to exchange your PC.
