Solved!

New laptop only displays top half of picture, (vertically stretched) when duplicated to TV screen

HP AMD Dual core 15-db0599sa Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We have purchased 2 new laptops - just for running a label print program and using to project media player videos at exhibitions.

The laptops both only display the top half of the screen on the TV (via HDMI) - but stretched top to bottom so that it is elongated and fills the entire TV screen.

Please help 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞
