New windows 11 laptop flashes black screen randomly and chrome hangs when the print dialog is opened

I just got a new HP laptop a few days ago, but I've started to notice that the display hangs randomly. I suppose its a problem with the display adapter (Intel Iris XE). Also whenever I open chrome and open the printing dialog, chrome stops responding.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
