HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 IDS Base Model

Hello,

 

I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with HP Support about a hardware issue with my HP Laptop. I have made 2 case files [personal info removed]  and  [personal info removed]. The only contact option I have is to request a call back, which I do. Every time it says they will call in 10 minutes. I have never received a call. I have done this no fewer than 30 times. Can someone please help me get some support?
