No Thunderbolt

I have no thunderbolt functionality, Thunderbolt(TM) Controller - 1577 PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1577&SUBSYS_11112222&REV_02\6&152CBB8C&0&001000E0 This device cannot start. I can not find a working driver.

Those two devices still need drivers?
