Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Im trying to set up my drawing tablet with my PC. It worked fine on my old PC but I now have this new one. The problem is that when I go to display settings  there is no 2nd monitor to use so I cant expand my screen hope this makes sense any help is appreciated please

The tablet is connected by USB and hdmi into the computer. 

Usualy when you right click on the computer screen and go to display there is a choice of monitor 1 or 2 but I don't get that come up.
