Hi,

A few times in the last year my laptop has stopped connecting to the Wifi and has a grey camera icon pop up, previously i have been able to follow steps to remove this via device manager but the camera isn’t on there and to be honest I’m getting fed up of having to fix it, currently the only laptop in our house and i need it for studying 🙈 any help gratefully appreciated.
