HP Spectre x360 16 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 16-f2000 (74R51AV)

Good day everyone! I have a laptop that is about half a year old. But recently both Thunderbolt 4 ports suddenly stopped working, USB A and everything else works without any problem. I used the Thunderbolt 4 port to connect a monitor and as a hub for other peripherals. HP diagnostics found no problem. Please advise what could be the problem? Win 11? Thanks!
