I am not able to adjust my screen brightness since my laptop got updated 2-3 weeks ago. I am trying to use the F2 & F3 keys but it's not working, please help.

I understand that you are unable to adjust the screen brightness.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

Please perform the below steps and check for the issue.

 

Settings > Display > Advanced Display Settings > Display Adapter Properties

 

Then Properties > Driver Tab > Update Driver button.

 

Also, update the BIOS.
