If someone answers you 4 times that he doesnt understand your answer, is it the fault of the one not being good at computers and not being English speaking and trying to understand your answers, or is it the fault of the one keeping on answering the same answer without changing any word or explaining with 1 more sentence....

I thought I understood your list was listing the compatible laptop with 2 monitors, but:

- as I said several times, I think my laptop is compatible with 2 external monitors because it is written in its specs rigth here: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/95443/intel-core-i57200u-processor-3m-cache-up-... . So please, if it actually is not compatible, just explain me why my link says otherwise.

- you said 'I did post a compatible list of the dock'. So is the list a list of laptop compatible with the dock ? But then whi is my dock working for 1 monitor.

Is it a list of laptop compatible with the dock AND 2 monitors ? But then, that's my whole point since the beggining. I'm trying to figure out how to make 2 external monitors work with my laptop (with this dock or not). VGA splitter ? USB C to VGA ?

Are you willing to explain me what is your list about or what is it that I dont understand ? Or are you going to answer "It is NOT compatible" in capital letter and red again....

Thanks in advance, I'm sure you will understand our misunderstanding and make an effort to help me since you seem pretty expert 🙂

Andréas,

It's not you. Your English is just fine. I'm a native speaker, and I can't make any sense of Banhein's responses, either.

I came here with a similar question, though in my case I'm trying to connect one monitor via VGA-VGA and another via DisplayPort with a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter on the laptop. It sounds like a similar problem, where the VGA connection works fine, but when I connect the USB-C to DisplayPort adapter, the VGA cuts out. It doesn't come back on when I remove the USB-C adapter, either. I have to unplug both and then plug the VGA back in.

We'll see whether Banheim or anyone else tries again to help.

@Banhein,

"Now with TWO monitors. Can you see the difference between 2 and 1 ?"

I have the same question, and the same issue with your answers as Andréas'. I have no clue what exactly you mean by that, either.

"Sorry, I won't go back to this post again."

Jerk move, man. You're the one having the communication issue, not Andréas'. I understand him perfectly.
